Comments poured in celebrating Lisa’s new move. I’m so shocked.” Lisa, whose full name is Lalisa Manobal, is a Thai rapper, singer, dancer and songwriter. She gained global recognition after debuting with BLACKPINK under YG Entertainment in 2016. The group went on to become one of the biggest and best-selling girl bands in the world, breaking multiple records and dominating charts internationally. In addition to music, Lisa stepped into acting earlier in 2025, appearing in the popular HBO series The White Lotus. She was also honoured as a cultural ambassador by Thailand’s Ministry of Culture for promoting Thai heritage globally, and was praised by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha for her impact. B | 今年以来，全省公安机关继续深入开展“平安护航”专项行动，重拳打击突出违法犯罪，全力护航辽宁全面振兴新突破三年行动。6月24日至9月30日，公安部部署全国公安机关开展夏季治安打击整治行动，辽宁公安机关全警动员、全警参战，将“夏季行动”与“平安护航”专项行动统筹部署、一体推进，扎实做好防风险、保安全、护稳定、促发展各项工作。
C | 其间，全省违法犯罪警情环比下降2.14%，刑事案件破案率环比上升17.33%，全省社会治安大局持续平安稳定。
D | 重拳打击违法犯罪活动。在公安部发起的三波次全国集群战役中，辽宁主侦案件18起，已全部完成集中收网工作，成效突出。抚顺、丹东、鞍山、锦州等地的虚开发票犯罪团伙案、非法制造买卖运输储存危险物质案、“605快币洗钱专案”等案件均成功破获。在推进扫黑除恶常态化方面，全省公安机关以“零容忍”态度对待易发多发的寻衅滋事、打架斗殴、强迫交易、敲诈勒索、故意伤害等违法犯罪。为全面收集警情线索，公安机关面向全省公开征集“村霸”等农村黑恶势力违法犯罪线索，已侦办黑恶案件69起，抓获犯罪嫌疑人685名，破案609起，查封、扣押、冻结涉案资产近40亿元。 全面深化重点行业和危爆物品的隐患排查，牢牢守住安全底线。全省公安机关联合省邮政管理部门检查42个寄递分拨中心、56个寄递营业网点，整改安全隐患73处。联合省卫健部门检查全省二级以上医院86家，驱离“号贩子”“黄牛党”166人次，查处案件78件、治安拘留17人、刑拘12人。以推进“天网治爆”和“隐患清零”两大专项行动为载体，深入开展涉爆安全排查整治，严厉打击涉爆违法犯罪，三次组织全省烟花爆竹清缴统一行动，治安拘留708人，收缴违禁烟花16万箱。 绷紧公共安全这根弦，多举措对道路交通、治安场所、校园安全加强管理。各级交警部门聚焦城市、农村、高速“三个战场”，持续开展“酒驾醉驾整治”“城市道路和普通公路违法整治”统一行动，全省一般交通事故起数、死亡人数同比分别下降6.82%和15.94%。 全省公安机关还持续对旅馆业、娱乐场所等开展专项检查，强化风险评估和隐患排查，行动期间检查场所7万余家次、依法查处864家、整改问题5600余处，对发现的违法犯罪坚持露头就打，共侦破刑事案件117起、刑拘295人、治安处罚244人。秋季开学以来，全省公安机关持续深化“护校安园”专项行动，坚持“打、防、宣、建”同步推进，切实保障校园安全，查处涉校治安案件28起、抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人23名，排查整改校园内部安全隐患9500余处，排查整治治安乱点2300余处，指导开展校园安全演练1.6万余次。
E | 据介绍，全省公安机关将以持续推进“平安护航”专项行动为牵动，继续加强政策供给、提升服务质效，更好守护群众幸福安宁。
